ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Go Plane website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Go Plane Private Limited, an IATA-accredited travel agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and booking, including for all travellers on a booking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you book on behalf of others, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that you have informed them of these Terms.
OUR SERVICES
Go Plane acts as an intermediary/booking agent connecting customers with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and visa-processing partners. We facilitate:
Domestic and international air ticketing
Hotel and accommodation bookings
Visa processing assistance
Holiday and tour packages
Corporate and group travel management
Go Plane does not own or operate airlines, hotels, or transport services. Each underlying service is ultimately subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.
BOOKINGS, PRICING & PAYMENT
All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the relevant airline, hotel, or service provider.
Displayed prices may change without prior notice until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
Full payment is generally required at the time of booking unless an EMI or partial-payment option is explicitly offered.
Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and bank transfer, processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
For international flight bookings, ticket issuance may take up to 24 hours after successful payment.
Go Plane reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment is not received in full or where fraudulent or inaccurate information is detected.
CANCELLATION, REFUND & DATE CHANGE
Cancellations, refunds, date changes, and reissues are governed primarily by the policy of the respective airline, hotel, or tour operator, in addition to Go Plane's service charges.
Cancellation/reissue requests must be submitted in writing (email or in-app) and will be processed only upon confirmation; phone calls alone do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
A Go Plane service/convenience charge may apply to any cancellation, refund, or reissue request, separate from any airline or hotel penalty.
Refunds, where applicable, will be credited back to the original payment method after deduction of all applicable airline, hotel, and service charges, and may take additional time to reflect depending on the bank or payment provider.
Non-refundable fares/bookings will not be refunded under any circumstances, in accordance with the issuing airline's or hotel's policy.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control), Go Plane may offer rebooking or refund at its discretion, subject to the relevant supplier's policy.
USER CONDUCT
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information for any booking
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Platform
Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform without our written consent
Go Plane reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, suspend, or terminate any account where these conditions are breached, without liability for any resulting loss to the user.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform — including the Go Plane name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Go Plane Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Go Plane acts as a booking intermediary and is not liable for: flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines; hotel service quality or property conditions; visa rejections or processing delays caused by embassies/consulates; loss or damage arising from third-party service providers; or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Plane's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the service fee paid to Go Plane for the relevant booking.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (airlines, GDS systems, payment gateways, maps, social logins). Go Plane is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, and your use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
MOBILE APP TERMS (APP STORE & GOOGLE PLAY)
The following provisions apply specifically to your use of the Go Plane mobile app downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in compliance with each platform's developer and licensing requirements:
License grant: Go Plane grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for accessing Go Plane's travel services for personal or authorized business use.
App Store / Play Store terms: Your use of the app is also subject to the standard usage terms of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions / Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.
No warranty by Apple/Google: Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the app or its content, and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by their respective platform agreements.
Updates: We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features periodically; continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated functionality and any revised Terms.
Permissions & data: App permissions (location, camera, notifications, etc.) and data handling are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Account deletion: You may delete your account and associated data directly within the app or by contacting us, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited use: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by applicable law, and not to use the app in any way that violates Apple App Store Review Guidelines or Google Play Developer Program Policies.
In-app purchases: Travel bookings made through the app are processed via Go Plane's own licensed payment gateways (not platform in-app purchase billing), consistent with Apple's and Google's policies for goods and services consumed outside the app (physical/real-world services).
Go Plane is committed to maintaining the app in good standing with both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including timely updates to reflect any policy changes issued by Apple or Google.
SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to Go Plane, other users, or our partners. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.
PRIVACY
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Go Plane reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the Platform. Material changes will be communicated via the app, website, or email where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
